All the reviews and the defaqto are good, but I found the process of signing up for contents insurance misleading. I arrived through a comparison provider, then AFTER paying was offered numerous other additional insurances. This was misleading and i ended up buying an extra gadget insurance that was not required. Customer services were quite argumentative but did resolve the problem suitably in the end.
