I'm very pleased that I've transferred to One Protect for my Car Insurance. It was extremely easy to do this on line, but I was a bit confused about activating the 'portal'. I thought that I had to go through another process to action this, and I did spend quite a bit of time getting clarification. If they had just said that the 'portal' would be actioned as soon as I confirmed my email address, it would have saved time. Other than that it was a very easy process.
