Just did chat option with TJ2. She was very good. Informative and helpful. As a new customer I was hoping for a good experience and that is precisely what i was given. I had some questions as I had only taken up the policy yesterday (after trawling through many other offers ). This policy started today so I wanted to be sure that I had covered everything. Tara gave me the reassurance that I have the cover in place.
