Had a bit of a problem with the login to the Customer Portal, was sure I had registered previously.
Tried the online chat, in a queue but only had to wait a couple of minutes - no issue. Got through to OC3, who thankfully appeared not to be a chat bot, asked for a couple of bits of info and within a very short time had the problem sorted, (which turned out to be me incorrectly entering some info when registering).
Satisfactory result and this review took longer to write than getting the solution.
