I had to correct the weight on my parcel, they said they needed to cancel my order and I would need to place another order.
I asked for a refund, they send an email telling me I have a credit, I already asked 3 times for a refund on my credit card, now they don't answer my request, I was ready to place another order, but I don't appreciate someone holding my money to force me to do business with them. This is not the way to gain customers.
Still waiting for my refund.
