Ordered a pen spent £87 on order, I never received it. Pen shop said it has been delivered. Sent a picture where delivery man said he left it. Why would uou nit get it signed for at such a cost. Doesn't make sense to me. Pen shop just pasted it off. I'm now £87 out off pocket. Definitely would not recommend, awful customer service.
