I ordered a Cross Pen with engraved signature from The Pen Shop. I was kept fully updated on the order and when it would arrive. I also opted for a personal message and wrapping. Both were done to a high standard with the pesonal message hand written which was a nice touch. Would recommend The Pen Shop.
