It has been an absolute shambles all of a sudden the criteria has changed and i do not fall into that area and cant renew my insurance and wont give me a proper answer. quick enough to take my money in a lump sum last year. i do honestly believe its an age thing i'm only 62 i do hope these people live long enough to experience this
