What a shower of s**t. Don’t go there! They are absolutely awful. Don’t answer any emails, just automated replies. I’ve got dozens of them! I had a no fault accident over 2 months ago, my car has been written off, I was supposed to get an offer on 7th May but I’m still waiting. Worst insurance company ever
