I Returned 2 pillows which were unopened, unused & in original packaging as they didn’t meet our requirements (not firm enough) & had to pay £12.30 return charge with Royal Mail…. Beware - no pre paid label of returns service is included when purchasing from this company even when you’ve followed the rules to not use the item. Other online pillow companies offer free delivery & returns for unused items but not this one. I complained and was rudely told by an advisor that the customer is made aware that delivery and returns are the customers own responsibility but this must have been the smallest of small print as I didn't see it & would have reconsidered my purchase if I had. Now I've been informed that my refund will be minus £5 delivery charge which I though had been waived (bar 20p) by a 10% order discount. £17.30 carriage fees & no pillows! Won't use this company again
