WORST SELLER ever experienced
I received a damaged order back in the beginning of December 23. I tried to contact them over the course of 3 weeks no stop.
17. Phone calls. No one answers and no option of voicemail.
13. Emails sent. No response
4. Online contact forms
Warned them of legal action.
Took legal action.
Mediation failed as owner refused to replace damaged order even though pictures were sent of the damage.
Now this case will be dealt with by the COURT.
