The products were great in general, and the delivery was super fast and efficient. The only thing I will say, is one of my soap moulds arrived with a split in it - but it was still usable so I just made do. However, after the first use, once I popped one of my soaps from the mould, it fully split in half. Again, it's still usable, just in two halves rather than a full mould of four. It is a little disappointing though, as they're really good moulds and is always easier to be able to make four, instead of messing about with two halves.
