Great instructions and communication and a dream come true. I got to the arrivals hall and my name was on a board! No fuss or queueing we were directed to a minibus close by (with ac) and left when everyone was on board (about ten minutes). The journey was the time stated. I received an email 48 hours before departure with return shuttle details. Again we left on time and reached the airport in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend and use again.
