So pleased I ordered the Organic Lincoln Red diced beef ! Click and collect was super easy, with a friendly man to carry it to the boot of my car. Packaged very well and solid frozen for my use. On thawing to make a dish, it was perfectly trimmed and good sized dice...Boeuf Bourguignonne was prepared, cooked and was delicious. The beef was so full of flavour and tender...delicious ! I look forward to more of my beef !
