First order from Swaledale and have enjoyed everything - exceptional quality. The Lamb Shoulder cooked beautifully on the egg for 5 hours and 2.5 kilos disappeared very quickly between 6 hungry people and I REALLY enjoyed the Pork Shoulder Chop and cooked it to the Henry Harris recipe on the website. Will be buying one of these every time I order. Fennel & Chilli sausages were great on our Pizzas. Looking forward to trying some of the Beef next time.
