Always work their hardest to get products out to their customers, even when facing challenges from the Pokemon Company International or the distributors to the UK, making up for the lack of customer care from these companies.
Have used for years to collect my sealed PTCG collection and never had an issue they couldn't resolve, and Total Cards were never the cause of the issues I have encountered due to poor distributors etc.
