Majority of parcels delivered are damaged, some totally unusable.
Current route driver is rude, arrogant and aggressive and literally throws parcels through the door which is a dangerous trip hazard as we are a retail shop and our customers could easily trip on them.
Dispicable courier service, definitely the worst out there.
