Custom badges take too long for production. I have been told for 3 weeks that my badge was in the warehouse ready to ship. Then on 5/10was told it has shipped and come to find out on 5/14 it was still in production I ordered this badge back on March 5th. Other than this issue ,I've been extremely satisfied with my purchases. If it wasn't for the price of their item/badges I'd find a faster production time somewhere else.
