Well packaged and decently fast delivery.
The awning rail didn't quite fit my van - in that I needed to cut an angle at the end to make it fit better (picture shows the overlap with the shape of the roof). Also had to drill an extra hole in it (the fault of my roof bars) and cut around to make an aerial fit- but that was easily done and entirely my fault for having a non-standard van. I couldn't find out the size of the awning-channel beforehand to buy an awning so had to wait for delivery to measure.
