Had to cancel the policy before it had started as circumstances changed. Charging a fee of £50 for doing nothing is extortion. Any work carried out was by me and a computer program! Also, once I had signed up there were too many “oh by the way” emails, which although you assured me wouldn’t be an issue should have been disclosed before.
