Absolutely disgusted at getting charged £49 for a cancellation fee when I had only had the pokice for HALF AN HOUR! Should be ashamed of yourselves in normal circumstances let alone in a cost of living crisis
I paid the initial £68 but then found a cheaper quote , having read that I have a 14 day cooling off period to get a FULL REFUND I finally found a way of cancelling the policy but you only refunded me 24 said it was an "admin fee"
TOTALLY DISGUSTED and will be taking further. Just got to wait to see if you even return the 24 aswell.
