Changed my car in the middle of existing policy. Needed new cover almost immediately. Chat bot was unable to process. Inexplicably the change was unacceptable to the insurer. Live chat was handled by Dennis who acted swiftly and professionally and found alternative cover. Despite being an urgent last minute negotiation, cost was reasonable and required documentation arrived immediately. I don't know if there were several chats open at the same time, but it seemed that I was getting individual attention. Tip - if you are stuck in a loop with the chat bot and it's between 9 and 2, instruct the bot to connect you to live chat. Thank you Dennis, job well done.
