I purchased 3 prints to match an existing one I had only to find the paper differed from my original as well as the size of frame.they were able to locate same size frames and use old stock to match my prints exactly. They communicated throughout and answered all my emails almost immediately. I cannot fault their customer service at all.the artist zaza Shelley, does amazing animal sketches.
