We ordered 100 Avery 10-tab page separator packs and received 99. Notified Zerbee and they immediately sent another pack with no hasle, no questions. It should be noted that when I counted them, I also had difficulties reaching the same number each time, and that's because the packs stick together. I would definitely order from Zerbee again. Thanks for the prompt corrective action!
