“You are receiving just a poor rating because your shipping costs are not cost-effective. If you are giving me a free voucher for a canvas, why am I being charged $20 to ship it when I was paying for a much larger canvas the shipping was only $10 so that is not an actual voucher at all, it is kind of a scam. But whatever, I will not be ordering any more canvasses from you.”

“Got an email stating a sale for $14.99 for 16x20 -- once you upload photo it switches to $20. Bait and switch. Tried customer chat -- no one there to answer any questions or help you out. Stated 3 days to reply----when the "sale" ends in 16 hours. Horrible customer service and the bait”

“It’s kind of messed up you give a voucher for free canvas print if you pay for this shipping and then when you utilize it the shipping is almost 20 bucks. This will probably be the last time I order”

“I was excited to get a free 11x14 for ordering, but was disappointed that the shipping almost doubled. So I probably won’t be pushing Redeem Now any longer. But the gal helping me in customer service, her name sounds like Activa, was very helpful and continued to work with me until a different problem was solved.”
