“one price was advertised as I begin my order of $24.95, but when I processed the cart the price increased to to $35. This is my second order to Easy Canvas with the same issue. The selection is advertised at one cost, but changed when processing the selected item in the cart.”

“You are receiving just a poor rating because your shipping costs are not cost-effective. If you are giving me a free voucher for a canvas, why am I being charged $20 to ship it when I was paying for a much larger canvas the shipping was only $10 so that is not an actual voucher at all, it is kind of a scam. But whatever, I will not be ordering any more canvasses from you.”

“Got an email stating a sale for $14.99 for 16x20 -- once you upload photo it switches to $20. Bait and switch. Tried customer chat -- no one there to answer any questions or help you out. Stated 3 days to reply----when the "sale" ends in 16 hours. Horrible customer service and the bait”
