“I don't like the editing software much for cropping photos and the preview of the photo with the picture on a wall is terrible. Looks like there is a glare on the metal print. So confusing. I really hope the metal prints I ordered turn out ok.”

“Had a lot of problems ordering. Had to enter Credit Card info 3- times before it actually went through. I’m not sure if it charged me more than once, all three times or only once. Called the 800 number to ask but it was already closed for the day.”

“I ordered the other day and it said I got a free 11x14 so a few days later I thought I’d get my daughter a gift and tried the free canvas and it wouldn’t take my card. So I tried again the next day and still nothing. So I tried today and I ended up not getting it free. So that’s frustrating. I e been happy for everything until this.”

“Honestly, I think this will be my last order from you. First, I spent 10 minutes on hold waiting for customer service so I could ask how to to purchase additional wall hanging systems for two of my other prints. I was told they cannot be ordered and that I should check with my local hardware store. Not really what I wanted to hear. Then, when I placed my order there was an offer to purchase an additional print for $6.99, however when I added the print it was priced at $16.73. That was the current price of the print, not the discounted price offered. I almost feel like this was a bait and switch. In the end I just purchased the one print I needed because my mother wants it.”
