“Your website is terrible - Everytime I started a new design from my cart it showed the old design and I had to click thru to the cart to delete it and start over. Your customer service is awful as well. I called 5 times for two different issues. Never got the first issue resolved. The 2nd issue took 3 phone calls and one of your reps, Alicia actually told me that I would have to call back after my computer restarted as there were other customers waiting in line! Excuse me, am I not a customer? The last person to help was Devon or something close to that. He actually listened to me and ultimately solved the issue! My order totals $665.96! Is this how you treat your good returning customers?”
