“I pre booked 3 taxi's for Sat 26th Nov a return journey, paid upfront £90 for all taxi's. Taxi's going was fab can't fault then turned up in time, the return journey was for 11.30, one turned up and the other 2 at 12.30 still hadn't arrived to be told when I phoned many times that it doesn't matter that I pre paid they can't guarantee them for the time asked. We stood for over an hour with 3 kids in the cold. In the end we got a lift home with someone and this disgusting company will not refund us for the taxi's that didn't turn up. Would never recommend them to anyone.”
“Sat night very rude receptionist was whispering to another when we'd walked in didn't acknowledge us then said our friend was too drunk to go in a taxi who's shoes had literally just broke so was walking funny she wasn't aggressive or anything just simply wanted to get home and we was brushed off. To be honest what if she had bad friends that left her would she of had to walk home and possibly something happen because this lady decides she's too drunk ???”
“I phoned for a taxi to bring my grandson home from his other nannas at 10 last night it came at 20 past my disinter seen him to the taxi an he refused him said because he is 13 he can’t travel alone but he has been getting taxis all week day an night I think it’s disgusting that he drove off an just left him stranded an had to walk home alone it was gone 11 by the time he got back it’s bloody shocking”
