“I have been on AliExpress already with a platinum level and for many years. Yes, everything happened, something not of very high quality came. But if I issued a refund and provided photo evidence or a video of the essence (what is the defect of the product, discrepancy with the description), then I always! returned the money.
Also, if the order protection period (the time when you can still complain about it) was running out, and the goods had not yet arrived, I issued a refund and money came to me, and a couple of times it happened that the goods did come, and the money for it had already been returned.
I always look at which store offers a product, I go to its reviews page. If less than 95% positive, then do not order.

“Aliexpress is the platform everybody should stay away from. It provides low quality products and has no customer service after sale. They make money by cheating customers. I recently purchased an item over US$114, it has quality issues I want to return it. It is like a nightmare! They sent a link for printing a return label which is not a return label. Talked to them numerous times pointing out that's not a return label. All they said it it return label. The return label has no return address! Local couriers did not recognize the label. The Aliexpress asked me to prove the label is invalid! Never heard of such stupid request. Anyway, they just play games with you, no intention to solve the problems. Called AliExpress head office in China, they said they have nothing to do with the international Aliexpress. If you want to chat with live agent at "help Centre" on Aliexpress, you have to type FRAUD to get the live agent out. Really weird business practice. AT the end, they closed the dispute with no refund, you cannot return the product, no way to communicate.
Do Not Buy anything from AliExpress!”
“Didn't get all of my order and what I did get a watch broke next day. Told me they would dispute it and that takes another 56+days. Wanted to send a coat back just for different size was told I didn't order it from them. Can't get refund of$144.77 or my order.”
