“Excellent service. A niggling leak on the windscreen was fixed quickly and efficiently. The screen was removed without fuss or damage and resealed. It's a job that insurers won't touch,they only deal with replacements and the cost at 1st call was about the same as most insurers excess anyway (£100). Worth noting too that the leak was as a result of sloppy workmanship by the previous replacement company which was via my insurance company. Dave the owner also gave me a lift into town to kill time while the work was being done which was a nice touch.”

“Discovered my Volvo V50 was not sealing at the top. Autoglass wanted to replace it for £700, called 1st Call and they removed and resealed it for £100+vat and said that if it had broken it would only be £230 to replace (I was warned/told in advance). Bargain!! The fitter who came was super friendly as I was amazed how quickly he removed all the fittings and the windscreen, when I asked he said that Kent ambulance service used to have a lot of V50's and they had done loads of them which explained the speed. Great family run business, recommended.”

“Absolutely the best. From the first phone call to collecting my car with new side window that had been vandalised being replaced. next day service so my car was back on the road promptly. Extremely helpful and very good price for professional job as another company quoted a lot more. Thank you.”

“Excellent Workmanship Good Value and Top Quality Customer Service: I recently had my Ford Fiesta ST heated windscreen replaced by 1st Call Windscreens, I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish their service was both speedy and efficient. Jake was incredibly professional, on time, courteous and took the utmost care with my vehicle. My windscreen was fitted while my car was parked in a parking bay where I work, this was so convenient, I didn't have to miss any time at the office, it was all done while I carried on with my working day. There was massive attention to detail, my new windscreen is flawless. I needed a new wiper blade, which I purchased independently but not without Jake's help and advice on what and where to purchase. He even returned the following week to fit the wiper blade for me, so as to be sure it was fitted correctly and didn't damage my new windscreen! Whatta Guy !! I highly recommend 1st Call Windscreens for everyone in need of repair or replacement. They are trustworthy, in addition their quote outpriced every other quote I obtained, excellent value for money. Five Stars all the way.”

“Asked for a quote online which came through quickly. Just £48 inc vat for windscreen stone chip. Phoned to book a repair. I could either take the car to them or they would come out to me the next day. Chose the home option. Rec'd a text to say Bryon was 15 mins away. Repair made - job well done. Thanks guys!”

“I needed my windscreen replaced due to a large crack; I was booked in straight away and I couldn’t be happier. They came to my house to fit the replacement, only took them about 20 minutes and they even exceeded my expectations, as they helped me open up a broken garage door so that my vehicle could be under shelter while the windscreen was fitted as it was raining. Definitely would recommend”

“Couldn't be happier, had my Evoque windscreen re sealed as was leaking. Highly recommend 1st Call Windscreens. The guys were extremely helpful & friendly both on phone and doing the work. The work was completed at my companies car park saving me time and hassle. Work was completed in one hour, windscreen was saved with heating elements all thoroughly checked, meaning a cheaper great price. Will definitely recommend them.”

“1st Call windscreens are absolutely 1st class. Spoke with David on the phone and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Took our car up to them to advise on the correct windscreens which embarrassingly we got wrong. David couldn't have done more to help us. He dashed out to pick up the windscreen so that we wouldn't have to come back the next day. Jack worked on the car. Also such a helpful and knowledgeable young man. Price was very competitive and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.”
