“All my questions were readily answered. The advisor (Sue) was clearly thoughtful of my requirements and said quite clearly if something was not needed, there was no oversell or pressure, just someone who can help you put your lasting wishes securely into place. I have no concerns going forward that there could be disputes between my loved ones after i've gone. Although i would hope that not be the case, i have already witnessed familys quarreling over inheritances. My policy can be ammended at any time free of charge should circumstances change, so the initial cost is all you will ever pay. The service i received was both friendly and professionally knowledge based. I have no regrets after choosing 1st Line Future Planning and would like to thank them for assisting me. Diolch!”
