We are hands on, right from the off. Once you’re ready to move ahead with your project, the very last thing you wish to hear is a distant project completion date – and the very last thing you should expect, are milestones that are missed and workdays that show little progression. We appreciate the need for timely installation – which is why we always begin work within 4 weeks from the moment you’ve commissioned our services.

“My husband and I first instructed 1st Scenic to fit black aluminium replacement patio doors in March this year. On the 22nd June the fitters fitted the new ones, but unfortunately we noticed there was a fairly long scratch on it. I rang the company and explained the situation to Debbie Shields, Admin Manager, who was extremely rude! Subsequently, Dave Shields-a horrible man!-left a message with me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take my negative reviews down. Why exactly? It’s true! They have been paid IN FULL and I am left with faulty doors, until they are hopefully rectified!”

“I wish I could give zero stars!!! In short Ordered some windows and was told that installation would be a mx of 3 weeks. i handed over a large deposit and was then informed 2 weeks later that the installation would occur in 3months!!!! when I called to say this isn't acceptable I was met with sheer rudeness and wasn't even given a chance to speak. they have now refused to refund my deposit! shocking company.”

“Windows look great and secure. Everyone we dealt with extremely pleasant and helpful, the fitters particularly so. Only isn’t 5 stars because there was quite a long wait for delivery and installation after the quote but otherwise great service.”
