“SPENT TWO DAYS WITH BITDEFENDER TRYING TO FIX A PROBLEM BUT THEY WERE NO HELP. ON THE OTHER HAND, SID KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT TO DO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I would be seen as very capable with computer issues, but was entirely stumped by a Win 10 issue I had involving One Drive sync. And, this was consuming way too much of my attention. Frustrated, I got in touch with Sid at 247. He worked steadily on this for over and hour, entitrely resolved my problem and got my machine set up to avoid the issue going forward. I am both enormously gtrateful and able to recommend him without reservation.”

“Sid is truly an expert on all things computer related. My problem related to an uninstall error. Sid took control of the computer cleaned the system and reinstalled programs necessary for our work. I would also comment that Sid not only resolved the problem but worked with me as the process was on going which lasted over two hours with frequent phone calls updating the progress. Thanks so much.”
