“Dan is the best. Great guy, personable, fixed my ice maker fast, didn't overcharge me when he could have, and was neat and clean. Great job Dan.”

“Amazing and great job. Highly recommend. I am an Engineer and even new what was wrong with my fridge. I called a couple of companies and I even gave a deposit to one but sadly they were no show. I called this company and I spoke to him on the phone before he came and he showed up with the necessary parts and repaired my fridge. Also played with my dog too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. :)”

“Peter has been my appliance repair tech for years. He's super honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. He has fixed refrigerator for me in the past, but today he fixed my microwave. When I would close the door the light and fan would remain on. He expeditiously took it apart, fixed the switch or whatever was burnt out, tested everything and left. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.”

“I could not have been more satisfied. Alex is the best. He called within the time window to let me know he was on his way, he fixed my dryer, he charged me less than the original estimate, and he helped me out with my old refrigerator as well. Will definitely be using him again!”

“Kyle is always honest and upfront. After trying several things to see if he could do an easy fix and identifying that it was a major repair needed, he let me know that fixing my over the range microwave would cost more than I could buy a new one for, so he just charged me for a service call.”

“Tony was great. He was able to come within 15 minutes of my call and figured out the problem for my dish washer in less than 20 minutes. He was detailed and cleaned after himself. Nice guy too. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great service, would definitely recommend. We had this terrible smell under our built in fridge. The technician took the fridge out and cleaned the tray that was the source of the smell. Showed up on time and did a good job. Thank you”

“Great service. We had a hard time finding someone to fix the Wolf hood exhaust hood, called at least 10 difference appliance repair companies. So glad this one worked out. The tech was knowledgeable and knew exactly what caused the problem. Thank you.”

“Fantastic team to work with. We had a built in fridge that leaked, and they came out very quickly, identified and fixed the problem. We later had problems with our dishwasher, and again, they were out quickly and resolved the problem. Top notch customer service. Great communication and very professional team members. I highly recommend them!”

“Can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, they show up on time, and they will recommend someone else if they can't do the job. Fixed my candy apple red dryer in a jiffy. You hope to never need this service, but if you ever do, you won't be disappointed.”

“Called them to repair a GE fridge. The person answering the phone was professional and helpful. They arrived on time took care of the repair and were very friendly and got the defective part replaced . Pricing was fair. I will definitely use them in the future. A total pleasure !!”

“The technician was scheduled for 12:30 but called and asked if he could come early - he did and our oven was fixed within a half an hour. He used factory standard parts to make the repair. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy repair service in my neighborhood. I will use this company again.”

“This company is very professional from both the order / intake standpoint and the services provided. The call was helpful, I got emails about the appointment, and scheduling was very straightforward. Sam the technician showed up on time, diagnosed our refrigerator problem, and had it fixed quickly. “Subzero refrigerator was leaking water. I had same issue 2 years ago that Mike had fixed. Mike arrived promptly at appointment time and showed me how to simply resolve the problem so I'd know how to fix it if it happens again and he didn't charge me. Would definitely use them again!!”

“Just as the other reviewers said, Mike scheduled an appointment quickly, showed up on time, and fixed the dishwasher the first time. If you call him, it's helpful to have the appliance model number handy so he can bring the correct parts and avoid the need for a second trip.”
