“We have just had our installation of HI Hi phones and we couldn't be more delighted. The installation went so smoothly and the David Cowen was very helpful and nothing we asked was too much trouble. The phone system is so easy to use. We have contacted support a few times and they have always sorted our issue promptly. it is so lovely to actually see the person you are talking to.”

“HiHi Phones/4Com: Excellent equipment, expertly installed by Rich. Let me start by saying I'm absolutely thrilled with my new HiHi phones! The transition from our old phones felt seamless, thanks in large part to the exceptional installation service provided by Rich. HiHi phones have definitely exceeded my expectations. The phone is very intuitive, and the features are easy to use, even for someone who isn't the most tech-savvy. If you're considering upgrading your phone, I highly recommend the HiHi/4Com brand. “Kieren & Dave were very efficient with very little interruption to our normal business practices. Asked a few questions about our current system and what we would like from the new system. Took less than 1 hour to go through the requirements and then left the guys to complete the configuration”

“David Cowen @HiHi was a great help today, helped us iron out any teething problems, we just recently moved and had to set up new system, David went above and beyond to help set it up and make sure we are completely happy before he finished. Can't commend him enough to be honest.”
