Attempts to identify the necessary parts to order them was something that Barska was not willing to assist with.”
“I recently had an issue with my Barska biometric safe when the batteries died and I could not open it. After research, I found that I could use a key to open the safe. When I could not find the keys that came with the safe, I reached out to Barska to see if I could get replacement keys. They replied very quickly looking for more information, which was provided. The following day I received an email indicating that they no longer had keys available for the model of safe I had, but suggested that it could possibly be accessed by purchasing an external battery pack. I made the purchase and was able to unlock my safe successfully. I applaud the Barska company for their quick response and when they did not have the keys made a suggestion that resulted in a successful resolution. Well done!!”
