“Woke up early this morning to a very leaking radiator which had caused a worrying amount of water to puddle under sofa , rugs etc and boiler having to be switched off ( so no water, no heating ) I was so grateful that Urban Surburban attended so quickly and the source of the problem was quickly identified by Gurjit and rectified especially so early on a Sunday! Fixed and double checked boiler pressure . All sorted .”

“Gurjit came to my property to identify a leak on my Worcester Bosch Boiler. From the very outset, I found that Gurjit's conduct was of the very highest standard that I could expect, and certainly has surpassed both my expectations and previous experiences with other specialists. His telephone manner was both polite and concise, taking the time to listen to me and use his in-depth knowledge to determine what the root cause of the issue was. Before he left his previous customer he provided me with a tracking page so that I could see the progress of his journey, saving me sitting and waiting for him to arrive. On attendance, he was charming and smartly dressed, and quick to get to work and immediately found the problem, and then fitted the part which he had already carried in based on his earlier diagnosis. The job was completed very quickly, no mess was left behind and the system was up and running leak-free just as I had hoped. Many thanks to Urban Suburban :)”

“Our shower room’s tap was dripping and I googled reliable plumbers and found 7elevenplumbers.com website. I called them to fix my tap. I sent the photos of the tap, too. They sent an engineer straight away on the same day and the job was done. The engineer, Singh is friendly providing good customer service. Will use their service again in the future.”

“Excellent service. Had issues with a boiler, external tap and toilet. Was stressed with the range of problems but all fixed with no fuss and excellent customer service. The plumber even showed videos of the problem with the boiler which helped explaining what was wrong. Highly recommended and will definitely use again if I have any problems.”

“Had a leaking Boiler at 8pm and 7elevenPlumbers came within the hour and diagnosed the problem. The Engineer then went out of his way to acquire the necessary replacement part and installed it the following morning for a very reasonable price. Would Highly recommend.”

“We live in Maidenhead, Berkshire and found 7elevenPlumbers distinct van on our street. We had a leaking boiler and the 7eleven plumber visited us same day true to their website page listing. it was a PRV a pressure relief valve that needed replacing which was explained very thoroughly by the engineer. the boiler part was replaced same day and I must say the customer service is above and beyond your normal perception of a plumber. Glad I spotted the van”

“Skeptical at first, but my husband and I took up the Free boiler offer as our boiler was destined for the graveyard. 7elevenPlumbers installed the Ravenheat 31kw combi. The boiler was free as per the offer so we only had to pay for the labour to replace it. We live in Egham, Surrey and it was not easy to find a local plumber, so we had to go to a national supplier but were very disappointed with the over charging of the job. We saved thousands over the national supplier quote and have a 5 year warranty in place. The job has taken a day and half and we are really pleased with the result and delivery of service.”
