“Product is very good,exactly as expected.I was very pleased with the timely delivery. The tv unit was straight forward to assemble although two pairs of hands were necessary at times because of the weight. Very pleased with the service from this company and the 5 guarantee. Will definitely use again.”

“Service was good. Delivery was as I asked and on time. All of the components needed were in the box and clearly labelled, and the instructions made assembly easy. Once assembled the unit was exactly as described leaving me with a very favourable impression of the company, and I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“TV bracket initially ordered needed to be returned as it didn’t span the studs on wall (my error not AV4home’s). Was happy to exchange for larger model of same bracket so e-mailed to explain and request Returns authorisation and order replacement. E-mail was not responded to after several days, but when I followed up with a phone call everything was sorted out, Received e-mail with RMA and confirmation of delivery of new bracket within 1 hr. Great range of products, excellent customer service. Would recommend/use again.”
