Blackcircles have so far cancelled 3 tyre fitting appointments and now in call back queue to book 4th fitting. Absolute joke of an outfit. Shame I have paid in advance for this shocking service.

The worst company I have ever come across! Absolute waste of time. Three tyre change appointments have been cancelled. They over book garages, not with appointments they think the garage can accept, but just take your money, then try to book you in for your chosen date. We have had every appointment cancelled the day before fitting. Horrendous abuse of the customer. How dare you sit on people's money like this, leaving people with nothing for it. I spoke to someone on the phone at blackcircles and was assured this next appointment would be fulfilled. I expressed my concern about driving with tyres which desperately need changing, they are putting us in danger now. I do not care what your lousy excuse is this time, I want my money back! Do not use this company, they are a dreadful waste of time.

Ordered 2x front tyres for my car. Went to the garage to have them fitted on 28th July - in the process of fitting, the garage badly damaged my left front alloy in two separate places (even though this was a BC approved fitter). Complained to Black Circles the same day with before/after pictures showing the extent of the damage - 12 days later, literally zero progress has been made. Absolutely awful customer service - constantly being palmed off to one person or another, no resolution, no accountability. Minimal response to my emails, nobody really seems to care that I've spent £600 on tyres and had my pride and joy damaged in the process. I've asked on numerous occasions to please be given an update on my case - all I've received is generic emails stating they're 'looking into it'. 'Beyond a joke' doesn't even begin to describe my circumstances. Awful service from a loyal buyer - won't be shopping here again.

Paid for 4 tires booked an appointment on the day and get an email the day before fitting saying the garage can’t fit me in and I need to rearrange. I’ve already changed my work commitments to suit the fitting and now have to explain to my manager I need to change again after they have sorted cover! This isn’t good enough I have tyres that need changing ASAP as it was flagged in an MOT

AVOID. Booked and paid for new tyres. Was scheduled for Saturday at 10am. Received an email on Friday at 4pm advising the tyres were not available and it had been rebooked for a Tuesday. They advise their courier service let them down but to only be advised of the same at 4pm the evening before the fitting is unacceptable. I'm running on nearly bald tyres and am now left in a very difficult potentially dangerous situation, particularly with the very cold weather we currently have. This was booked over a week ago so there is no reason for such a late notification. To rebook a weekend slot to a weekday slot is also a joke. Don't waste your time!

Very poor customer service. I booked a slot 3 days in advance for tyres and fitting. Get a time slot and confirmation email. Then to get a email and a text the day before fitting saying it cant be done. Then to have the fitting re booked for a later date without asking me prior to this. I then replied to the email and no one answered this, so I rang the help line which was also poor customer service. This is happened to me before I am now awaiting a refund.

Tyres booked and paid for 10 days before they were due to be fitted. Recieved a call 1 hour after they were supposed to turn up to advise that the tyres are not in stock. The customer service team were a joke and actually asked me to speak clearer as his "English is not very good!!" Finally got a refund a week later. The prices may be less expensive than other places but it's worth paying extra to avoid this joke of a company.

They accepted an order, agree date/time and took money from my bank account (nearly £500) and then they send an email saying "I am sorry to advise that we are unable to confirm the booking with the garage you selected. At this stage, the earliest fitting date we can offer is X onward subject to availability". I had booked time off for the fitting and did not want to make another unconfirmed booking. Blackcircles perhaps rely upon the fact that they already have my money and that I would not go to another supplier. Well think again guys - sharp practices such as this do not create customer loyalty.

Don't expect them to actually fit the tyres on the day that they agree, they are very unreliable and will cancel last minute. I got an email at 17:30 the night before my booking slot telling me that they can't do it any more and the earliest they can do it is in 5 days. Infuriating experience overall and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

A week ago I took my car to the garage at the pre arranged time. The garage said the tyres hadn't been delivered and they would call me when they came in. Having waited 3 days I called the garage who said I would have to deal with Black Circles directly as I had ordered through them. I have emailed and another day and they haven't responded. It's a week since I paid for them now, I have tried calling but the lines are constantly busy. My advice is pay a bit more and go to Quick Fit.

I ordered 4 tyres to be fitted on a Thursday and they cancelled 4 times because they couldn't get the tyre's delivery to the fitting garage on time the fifth time I had to cancel the order because I was going away the next day so I lost confidence in them i couldn't take the chance so I cancelled on the last time the the fitting day number five I originally booked a Thursday but it went up to the following Friday over a week also went they inform you they have moved the fitting day it's by email near the end of day always after 5pm and they don't ask you first it's totally ridiculous to cancel a tyre fitting five time if they couldn't get the tyre's then they should have look elsewhere the brand of tyres they where trying to get are rapid p606 something like that now I found the exact same make on line mail-order only Anyway I've got a full refund ok but I still wasn't a week of fxxking around with them they need a complete company overhaul I think or is that I'm the only one and it's just my luck I don't think so Black circle tyres . STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Absolutely awful customer service, nothing has been offered apart from apologies. Ordered and paid for four car tyres and only two have been fitted. Definitely not recommended. I am taking my formal complaint to the statutory body, please feel free to contact me if you wish to join.

Always use black circle tyres. Thought there was really good, but never had a problem with tyres before. But this time I had a problem with the Tyres . Made a claim nobody got back to me. If you want to buy Tyres and you got any problems, do not go to black circle. Pay the extra and go to quick fits. At least when you have a problem, you can go straight to the source. Lost me as a customer. And a few of my friends I have told.

Best of luck getting them can't even get tyres fitted I've paid for. No communication except an auto reply. If your looking for tyres look elsewhere 1 week and still no sign of fitter or refund use a reputable company save your self time and money.

Ordered my tyres online was booked into a garage when I arrived at garage they broke a couple of nuts said I would need to go buy new ones when I went and bought some they said didn't have time to do them so I rang black circle and they said they would get a t s on Saturday to fit them sat all day and nobody turned up no phone call or anything stay well clear

Ordered tyres on 21/06 with fitting booked on 23/06. Garage called to say they don't have the tyres, Black Circles says the garage can't take the booking as they're busy. AVOID THESE TIMEWASTERS. I paid for a service which was not delivered. Emailed customer service, spoke to them over the phone too, nobody has a clue of the status, no updates provided. Meanwhile, I can not drive my car, huge inconvenience.

Ordered my motorcycle tyres on the 3rd, and they said delivery would be on the 6th. No delivery was made so I contacted them a few days later. Was promised I'd get a call back with an answer, didn't happen. Called them again, another promise was made, again they didn't call me. I then had an email off them saying they had tried to call me and tried twice to make delivery. All false claims, unfortunately for them I have a Ring video door bell and I know how to check my phone call logs. Trying to now get a refund, they clearly have no intention of sending my tyres or telling the truth.

Paid for two tyres at a good price. Secured a booking for figment this morning, had to travel far for this booking. Arrived to find the tyres had not arrived, no one let me know and I can’t reach black circles on the phone. Have no idea when the tyres will arrive if at all. This is bad business

Terrible service, ordered 2 x tyres on the Tuesday , was given time slot that Friday afternoon at 2.15pm. Went to garage, fitter took my 2 front wheels off, took a tyre off then discovered the tyres that were ordered had not been delivered to the garage !!! He had to put tyre back on, then the wheels. Went home ,was on the phone for 30 +mins to someone who could hardly speak english, demanded full refund. Received email on the Friday stating refund would be in my account on the Monday. Now late Tuesday afternoon and still no refund. Customer service shocking. I will NEVER use this mob again and will urge others to avoid at all costs.

Appalling service! Placed an order 5 days prior to the scheduled fitting date. At 4pm the day before the fitting I was notified by email that the tyre had not been delivered and there would be a delay of at least another 4 days. Meanwhile, BC had taken my money, no one answers the phone, and claiming a refund is ridiculously difficult. I should know better though as I had this problem with them 4 years ago. Be warned, and avoid.
