Highly impressed with the swift response and speedy delivery. Many thanks to the fashioneyewear team and their partners for the free NHS glasses. Appreciative gestures like that makes my job more worthwhile.

Ordered my frames and lenses mid June and received two weeks later. Phoned customer services with one question, straight through, answered with knowledge and professionalism, excellent. Absolutely perfect service, no complaints whatsoever. Thank you Fashion Eye Wear.

First I would like to start and say if I could give zero stars I would. What an Awful company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. You have been warned! I will also warn as many people as possible on social media and wherever I can leave a review, just like I said I would in the emails. I ordered prescription glasses on 10th June 2020 as my glasses had broken and I was in desperate need of a replacement. First of all the website only gives a free next day delivery option and once you order the confirmation email states the glasses will arrive between 7-14 WORKING days and I will receive a dispatch email. I emailed their customer service on the 24th of June asking when my glasses are likely to be dispatched, which they replied the next day informing me I should receive my dispatch email soon and I should receive my glasses by the end of the following week. It is now the following week and surprise surprise, no dispatch email or glasses. I now phone the customer service line 1st of July, asking about the status of the parcel. Ayisha (the rep) told me it would be here by the end of the following week (guessing you give them a generic phrase to use when people ask the status of their parcel). I informed her that the email said it would be here this week and she had no clue how to respond and said she will call me back at 4. Which she did not, are you surprised? I called back at 4:20 and they were closed. I called this morning (2nd July) and this customer service rep told me my glasses were not even in the country yet they were in ITALY and I could have them 4-7 WORKING DAYS. That being the final straw, I asked for a refund, which is unfortunate as I really did want those glasses. They claim the refund will take 3-5 working days but at this point, I will be surprised if that is the case. All this just to see properly. Gosh.

Terrible customer service experience as I bought a pair of glasses and I have been waiting for a month and no sign of delivery. I did contact them after 2 weeks and they said that I should wait at least 14 working days, now I have been waiting for a month and this is their response: Dear Victor, Thank you for your email. We checked the status of the order. It looks like that the frames have been dispatched, however, they never made it to our office. This means, that it may have been lost in transit. This is a very rare thing, but it can happen and it is totally something we cannot control. We need to order the frames again and it will take around 7-14 working days to be with you. Please, accept our sincere apologies for the delay and any other inconvenience we may have caused. Hope this has been helpful. sun glasses are great ,ray ban but the whole experience was farcical , i had to call after 12 days and was told "the glasses are going through quality control " ok they will be delived in 2 days , 7 days later i called again ,and was told they would be shipped the next day and an email with tracking ! no such thing so called again and the nice girl said they where going through quality control ! im sorry i flipped and said "bullshit" what glasses go through this procedure ? and said that i would be calling my card issuer and have the payment stop ,because i thought that nearly this company was fraudulent , turns out i was told they would be shipped that afternoon and an email with tracking would be sent ! to my astonishment an email was sent 30 mins after my call ended and the glasses arrived next day. the bottom line is yes they are reasonably priced ,but they need to communicate with there customers more frequently ,and not fob of with "quality Control " issues .so read the reviews (i didnt) but when i did i had a quite bad experience as did the vast amount of people who gave 1 star ,thats why i guess there rating is 2.84 .so make your own mind up !

I waited 3 months for my glasses, when they finally arrived they hadn’t put my prescription in! I was informed if I just send them back they’ll put the prescription lenses in. I chased my order once returned only for them to say they no longer have the glasses in stock! No explanation, despite numerous emails. After getting nowhere I had to put an Amazon payment claim in which was the only way I could get my money back. I’m glad I paid with Amazon payments as I doubt I’d have my money still. Shocking service.

Would not recommend Fashion Eyewear. They take your money for sunglasses they clearly don’t have in stock. I waited a month and when I asked where they were they said another 2 weeks! Had to ask on 4 separate occasions for a refund Was a nightmare!

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered prescription glasses off this website over 4 weeks ago and instantly regretted it after reading the reviews online. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt I gave it a couple of weeks but still had not received any communications from the company. I called weekly chasing for any update, and each adviser gave me a different response. Two weeks ago I was told the glasses were in stock and I would be receiving them in a week. Come to today (another 2 weeks later), I have still not received any glasses. I rang up today to speak to an advisor called Sarah, to be told the glasses were actually still not in stock and could be another 3 weeks. But the additional 3 week time frame could still be longer. As I actually need glasses, I can no longer wait, so I have requested a refund and will be expecting it in the next 2-3 days, if this does not come through into my account I will be writing another review. DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY. The customer communication is appalling, and the headache its caused is not worth it.

Fast delivery, the fact you can try the sunglasses on through the camera is fab! I’ve also got 3 friends and my mum has ordered from you through my recommendation!!

Worst shopping experience ever! Ive purchased £300 sunglasses Waited 1 month and 1 week, after loads of chasing for the arrival date only for the team to tell me they were gonna take another 2-3 weeks. Every time I would message they were gonna take 2-3 weeks to arrive...Ridiculous The hole process I had to chase them so many times! The phone line is a joke as hangs up and doesn't even put you through to an actual assistant, the online chat works 50% of the times and forget about email as they take weeks to get back to you After that I gave up and asked for a refund that took 7 days to come and not 3-5 as told lol And only came after 7 days because I email and sent a live chat message. Just think that companies should look after their costumers as they choose them and didn't go elsewhere having plenty of choice in the market. If you can't understand this basic principle sorry you don't deserve my money Will never purchase again
