“Ordered from GeekPeek and never received my item, money was taken from my account and no item ever received. Chased this multiple times and started to receiving bounce back emails. Scam company, avoid!”

“Terrible I still have not received my order I've emailed and no reply but they have an audacity to send me an email to to ask me to leave them a review as they care about the customers but they don't actually ship out any of the orders to the customers”

Hi Bethany, You seem hell bent on bending the truth. We issued you a full refund on May 15th. So yes of course, you won’t receive the item and or a replacement. We shop all orders and we full own and will learn from the mess that was around the Theoden Funko Pop. Please Bethany, be honest. Stop lying.

“Sadly, I had a very poor experience. Complete lack of communication. Item never materialised, again no reason why, had to ask for refund, no apology. Won’t use again.”

“I have still not received my order, then they reply to my review saying it doesn’t exist… I have noticed any negative review they respond with something along the lines of ‘you are lying’ but based on my experience the other reviews are not lies. They have messaged since with a refund. However that doesn’t change the lack of product after a month and also the lack of replies/responses from them to my emails within that period.”

“AVOID! Terrible! Ordered on 20th April item in stock. I was told 3 days processing and 48 hour Royal Mail delivery. Item has not arrived 3rd may and I am on day 12 or 10th working day. The product was needed for a signing at a comic con which has now been missed. What a joke of a company the customer service is awful! AVOID THIS COMPANY”
