I pay for 12 months unlimited delivery but regardless of whether the items I order are alright, I have a large interest payment to make. I don't mind this if at least one item in my order is suitable but on my order I received yesterday - eight pairs of shoes - six pairs supposedly EEE fitting and two XW not one pair can lay claim to being extra wide and EEE. Laces are shown in some but they're stretch, not actually laceups, although this isn't made clear in the online description. There was a time when I cold rely on JDW but that time has gone. Why so many Cushion Walk shoes which are listed as, but are not EEE? It seems to be something of a con.

I ordered a new bra over a week ago I ordered next day delivery so it should of arrived last week , but it did not ,then I got a email saying that it had been dispatched but it will be late but no explanation why, so I checked my account and it said that it will not be arriving until the 9th of August which will be to late as I have a family party on Saturday, and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we do not have any support nearby,. and I finally got hold of someone on customer service and they informed me that even though I booked next day delivery it was changed to standard delivery but no one informed me of this so I had no idea,and I also went on live chat but that got me nowhere other than saying I might get a voucher I mentioned that to customer service and they said that they could not do this so they said that I will get a manager call back but it will be 48 Hours my order number is UU 068FN I yet again been let down

I had to open an account just to buy 1 item.from then on I was bombarded with e-mail adverts trying to sell me more things. I rang customer service who said they would stop the adverts. Never happened I asked to close my account that was done but still more adverts. Stay well away from this company if you want a bit of peace.

No flexibilty on direct debits. I have been their customer for a while, I pay them regularly each month but they do not bend on when you can pay by direct debit, so now this affected my credit score. Please be wary of this.

Unsubscribe from emails every day to be told l was successful but they keep coming more than one a day . I have enjoyed shopping here in the past with no problem .

told me i had to pay 1 amount, then it was changed to a higher amount even though a person from j d Williams had confirmed the lower amount.

I bought 2 pairs of black jeggings in the petite size from JD WILLIAMS. When I tried them on they were too long so I checked the invoice to to see if the item no and the delivered item nos were correct. The nos did not tally so rang Customer Services stating those facts. The agent at C Services said that did not matter, they were the correct size. I questioned that and said that surely the item nos surely should match the order no ? She then got quite shirty and would not agree on that point and was adamant they were the correct size even though the nos did not match with the original order. With that dreadful attitude and manner towards a customer. It has put me off using that company again. I notice from reading feedback from other customers that I am not alone being disgusted with that sort of attitude.

PENT TALL STORE Item No: AJ026F Utter rubbish, made from cheap dry timber, none of the panel fitted as they were warped. Fixings are cheap and break at random Overall I wish I'd made my own, it would have been quicker and cheaper

Been with them for years far better when they were a smaller concern . Agree with the other reviewer on the high admin charges they wasn't always that bad .My real bug bear is i'm trying to write reviews on a certain bra but,they won't let me do that. Have noticed this particular bra as rave reviews so, can only assume they only won't good ones.Be interested to know if anyone else as found this problem.

I ordered two duvet covers, opened the packaging to discover two pink men's shirts....no wonder this company have such a low review score! Steve Johnson is a very bad example of how to run an ethical, fair and professional company.

I ordered 2 items which were shipped in separate parcels by Evri and opted for them to be delivered to my local post office. I did not receive any notifications from JD Williams regarding delivery but did receive emails from Evri saying they were ready for collection. When I tried to collect from the post office they would not give them to me explaining that the items were due for return the next day. When I complained to JD Williams they said they would sort out the issue within 48 hours. A couple of days later I received emails from Evri again to say the 2 items were again ready for collection. I then received an email from JD Williams to say my order had been cancelled. When I checked my account online it showed that one of the items had been credited on the day of purchase, and then debited again 3 days later. A few days later all items were marked as returned. I have not received a refund yet though so hopefully that is actually happening. Having spoken to customer services they confirmed that my order had been cancelled and apologised and said I would have to reorder the items. I will not bother to order again.

Ordered a camera costing over £400. It was never delivered but I was charged. After numerous messages to the company I asked for a refund. Advised the refund will take 5-7 days. Terrible service will never use again.

The next day delivery I paid for did not arrive at all but the excuses since and the level of customer service is shockingly bad! I could write a book about this. I've tried their live chat, email and now resolver. They all appear to be slightly thick!

Avoid at all costs - I was scammed. My wife bought a wall cabinet from this company. The hinge broke in less than 24 hours - it was not fit for purpose. The manual offers a spare parts service - I rang the customer helpline in the manual. I was charged 24 pounds for the phonecall without my consent. No mention of a charge in the manual, no mention of a charge when I called. They kept me on the line as long as possible and would not replace the part - they wanted me to take the cabinet off the wall, take it apart and send it back (not reasonable). 24 pounds for a phonecall is of course what you expect from a scam operation. I plan to escalate this to trading standards if this is not resolved

Customer service is a joke 6 e mails sent in the end paid my balance and cancelled account dont reccomend this company all good till you have a problem which needs a decision.

No one cares at this so called company. Received damaged items and the one time I complain you get passed around and asked the same questions over and over just to achieve NOTHING.... I'll be paying off the balance and closing the account. I'm sorry I never read the reviews left by many unhappy customers !!!!

Ive lost the will to live. Its taken from before Christmas till now and its still ongoing . They send the wrong size the wrong colour…you cant get them on the phone and its taking five days between my emailing and they answering ….well six and ongoing … needless to say this is my last transaction with them.
