“Excellent product however one screw needs to be shaved down to fit but table goes up fine and good quality however...delivery got cancelled Friday and I had taken a day off then the time slot moved for today so had to ask my dad to wait in my house as I was out and planned to be back for my allotted slot. Disappointing to be mucked around with delivery so leave longer than planned”
“I was offered a credit account, I purchased something and am making payments as requested. I have over £100 left in credit but can't purchase something for £84. When ..on chat...I asked why I was told they are "reviewing my account" and to try again next month, but they can't guarantee that I will be able to use my available credit even then.Told I'll have to pay in full until then My account page has not changed, still saying I have credit. Had no emails to tell me this was going to happen, but plenty of emails telling me of special offers etc. Not going to waste any more time with them”
“J D Williams may be a reputable enough company but the company that they use for delivery (Evri, formerly Hermes) most certainly are not. Never deliver when they say they will and don't even deliver on the (numerous) revised dates or times. Once they do get round to delivering it is highly likely that the package no matter how valuable its contents will be left in an entirely unsafe place and in full view of the road. No wonder they are designated the worst parcel company for the second year in a row.”
