“I love the clothes, but customer service and delivery/refund system is non-existent. 1st purchases were cancelled (by Look Again).. . then was told I could only be refunded by cheque as that is how I had paid (total lie...it was bank transfer). Took 3 calls to customer service to get my money back. Re-order went fine, so I thought all was OK. Next order, 3 months later...they take the money, and then say the is not in stock, but I can re-order from one of their 'alternative warehouses'.... meaning that I pay twice, until I can fight for my money back. Beautiful clothes, but not recommended.”
“Oh dear... from impolite phone people... well the men anyway, through incorrect information about delivery, to getting the wrong foot ware and undersized dresses, the lot went back.. and now I have to wait 10 days to get my money returned... I needed thiwse items for a quick holiday... I gave this 2, because the complaints person did what she said she would, even if it didn't resolve the issue, I won't use them again??”
“My daughter has been on the telephone from Turkey for 35 minutes, now on hold again and on person number 3. She paid her balance off before leaving for holiday and now is being told she still owes the monies.
Rip off company, accounts haven't got a clue what they are doing. Avoid at all cost”
“I ordered my disabled son some new ear pods and upon looking at the delivery status it says canceled, this is the second time they have done this! the first time they said i wasn't paying extra on my account so i couldn't order anything. SO i pay near £30 extra and still Canceled i'm going back to Minimum payments and i'll use the extra to buy the pods elsewhere.”
“My problem was with a BNPL.
I looked at my online statement and it said I owed 130.35 including BNPL I paid the 59.00 BNPL and it still said I owed 130.35. I then paid 10.00 and balance went to 120.35. went on webchat who insisted I now owe 120.35. I still do not understand why the 59.00 wasn't taken off when it states includes BNPL so fed up just paid it all hope they don't add any more. Will not use again.”
“I have been a look again customer for more years than I can remember ….. but again this morning I struggled making my order as now they do not put catalogue numbers against there products ! it took ages to place my order …. Time I really don’t have. I like to phone my order through. Do not like to use on line. Please change this back to product numbers.”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY last year items never arrived I was accused of lying I had to fight to talk to someone in uk after 2 month this was sorted eventually I returned this year to hopefully let them redeem them selves not the case items turned up in por condition I wanted to return one of my two items I was told of I did that I would lost my £25 discount I used and have to wait for a different department to make a decision as to if I replace the item would I get my discount back I was kept on hold for 55 minutes I will never ever use this company again poor customer service and poor service in general”
