Easy to use website. Great Choice. Goods arrive next day so a last minute order isn't a worry that you won't have that special item for a special occasion.

For larger ladies, and for TG ladies like me, Marisota has an unenviable range of styles and sizes. I can always get what I need, either in dresses, skirts, lingerie, shoes. And the next day delivery never fails.

This is a company that always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is OK, be it an order that placed at the last minute, a return that has got lost or an item which is out of stock when you first call and they then contact you when it is in stock or even when I lost a discount code they found it again on there database. Thank you and I shall continue to enjoy shopping with you.

i was looking for a mother of the bride outfit and many of the "value" outfits did not offer a returns service in case of it not fitting correctly. Marisota had the most wonderful range of special occasion outfits and I chose one which came within 3 days and was absolutely perfect in fit and so true to the pictures. I am absolutely delighted and it was only just over £100 but looks worth about £500! I know there are going to be some lovely compliments out there for this outfit on my daughters' special day and I feel I am going to make her proud in this lovely dress. Marisota is now one of my favourites. :).

Sent me a 10per cent discount voucher. When it didn't work I spent 40 minutes trying to get through their awful telephone response scheme. I was quite miffed. Fantastic chap had great communication skills and empathy; sorted it, offered to re-imburse cost of call, took the wind out of Mrs. Quite-Grumpy's sails- and everyone was happy and could enjoy Friday evening!

This company won’t let me unsubscribe to emails sending me daily sometimes more than one they tell me each time l have successfully unsubscribed but still get them daily .

Sickening and corrupt customer services, they dont deliver on time you order, you forget then they charge for the undelivered item

I would give 0 stars I've never received my order but by account has been charged I've contacted them on the phone they never pick up, ive emailed them they never reply and online chat is no help said they will credit it but never do or they just cut you off. They have the cheek yo expect me to pay for goods I've never had. I would not used this company ever again they have no customer service what so ever.

I would prefer no stars given for this group of store. It's such a pity as the goods always look nice but their customer services and delivery is appalling! I have had experiences from Ambrose Wilson. Marisota, Williams and others and they are all consistent in one thing. Not to be recommended. Ambrose Wilson recently told me that my goods (ordered in early November 2020 and still not delivered 2 months later) were waiting to be sent but because my payment (made in full at the time of ordering) was 'stuck in my account'!! And the women at customer services got upset because I told her she was talking nonsense to me. Also, although I had previously chased this order at the end of December, I was told there was no notice on my account that I had spoken to someone. In addition, my original invoice sent in November failed to give any information about my account number or goods ordered. What a way to run a business

Ordered goods on 12/01/20. Arrived 14/01/20. Returned 6 of 8 the items on 24/01/20. However they issued a statement on 25/01/20 so just 11 days after I received the goods and charged me £11.61 interest. Usually pay in full but as the statement didn’t show my returns I paid £40 of the total £83. They said didn’t receive the returns until 30/01/20. Really! It took them 6 days well 5 allowing for package to arrive. But why are they sending out statements 11 days after sending out goods, yeah making money with interest. Been a customer for many years and didn’t realise how much interest they charge. Now closed my account - well done Marisota part of J D Williams

What a terrible service!! I made an order, and their courier said they had made three attempts to deliver. Despite me being at home each time. Each time I told you and you said that they had attempted delivery. No card was left so I know they didn't attempt delivery. It's now been returned to you. I then get an email telling me to re-order from their website. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE. Completely unprofessional company, with frankly dishonest delivery drivers! SHOCKING.

ordered 5 x PIXI BEST OF BRIGHT KIT and received 5 x green jackets. I complained and sent an email and the only resolution is to go through the hassle of returning all the items back. I just called to complained and they just said sorry with no compensation offered. Horrible experience!!
