Bought 2 sets of tableware and the bottom of every plate and bowl turns black and leaks onto stacked plates and bowls. Never in my whole life have I experienced this before and I will never but anything from you again!

Bought a frying pan two years ago and discovered this week that the base is coming off of the pan. I contacted the company as they have a 10 year guarantee, only to be told (as it appears many are told the same) that the buckling of the base is my fault as they said I've used it on too high a heat! It's a frying pan! It's supposed to be able to take heat - even though I don't use it on high very often - and even if this was the case something with a 10 year guarantee should last at least as long as that. I'm really disappointed that they clearly don't care about their product or their reputation.

I bought a set of their Professional Granite pans but despite using within the guidelines provided, they have failed after 6 months. I contacted them and explained the problem but they refused to refund or replace the set. They use the excuse that I misused the pans, despite me being a career chef with 10 years experience of using nonstick pans on an induction hob. My advice therefore to anyone looking it this review is.......These pans will work with, but ARE UNSUITABLE FOR, use with an induction hob. Also, in my experience? they will not honour the warranty.

Fabulous staff very knowledgeable returns policy is fantastic any issue straight on it people abuse kitchen ware and are very eager to complain your told not to use certain things on non stick ie metal and certain oils but people ignore it and blame the pans a good pan does not make you a good cook nothing looks new forever and people moan when a tiny scratch appears because they’ve stored them wrong or put them in a dishwasher for 2 hrs cos too lazy to run under a tap my pans are fabulous have been for a number of years and the x50 knives are brilliant

I ordered a knife, paid £5 delivery I received an email to say they couldn't deliver it because the driver ran out of time. I noticed it was my prior address so on the DPD site you can redirect delivery. Which I did and it was confirmed by email. It wasn't attempted again I contacted procook, giving them clear and precise address and they said, there was a mix up in the warehouse and it hadn't been sent. (so DPD were trying to deliver a parcel with a barcode, that didn't exist). But would sent it with next day delivery, I waited in to check the tracking which said "driver unable to deliver as recipient didn't know the addressee!". Again I contacted customer service asking who was liable for the complete imcompetanse? They said the address was incomplete and the driver couldn't read it. But if he tried to deliver it, was it like the first parcel that didn't exist? Did he knock on the first door he came to? DPD delivered a parcel from Cox and Cox for my Mrs on the Monday! Amazon, royal mail, other curries and even the lady from the Chinese takeaway found our house.... Never again,

Do not buy the cast iron pans. Everything sticks on them and they're impossible to clean. Tried to raise a complaint to pro cook after using my cast iron pan a couple of times and just like someone else's review I've read they told me the 'pan had been used on excessive heat' My pan from Sainsburys is better quality than this. Unfortunately I'd purchased 3 different cast iron pans and now they just sit in a cupboard. Buy anything but procook.

Do not buy the ceramic coated pans. The coating is good for non-stick but is a very thin and fragile, surface it is coming off on all pans after less than 1 month of normal use by a family of 3. Only used wooden/plastic utensils and hand washed. Pro Cook said would only replace pans that hadn't been used...

The pan I bought was a pro cook professional anodized frying pan. It was advertised as non-stick but the surface wore off only after a few weeks. As a result by 3 months of use food started sticking and required more oil. I specifically read the reviews and wanted a pan I could use with little oil. This is not it. I contacted costumer services to ask if I can claim on the 25 year warranty. I provided photos and detailed description of use. I only use low to medium heath and have been hand -washing since day one. Of course after some months of use the pan did not look new. My claim was dismissed as they concluded from the photos that it was used on high temperature . I will never buy anything from them and I will advise against purchasing this particular pan.

Very disappointed with the pans that we purchased approximately 12 weeks ago, the non stick coating on the pans has deteriorated already making the pans difficult to use and clean, food sticks and the pans are already virtually unusable, we followed the care instructions given having purchased many Pans similar in the past, the pans are now heading for the bin which is not good value at all considering they cost £230! I contacted customer services who lay the blame on usage which I refute, we were also told that the very popular brand of spray oil we use was not compatable with the product, there was very little empathy regarding our experience and we were left having to accept we would not get any replacements or refund, I was extremely surprised that a company such as Pro cook could have little regard to after sales care! We would not recommend this company following our experience, we have used 'Circulon' pans for years prior and will be buying our replacements from them, lesson learnt!

Up until today I had a good experience with Procook. I have been a loyal customer of procook for a number of years, owning knives, pots and pans. Today I went back as my non-stick pans which are (optimised for induction) are flaking off. My plan was to buy more procook prooducts as a replacment and I sent evidence and asked if they would be willing to offer a discount on the new products as these had failed. After jumping through hoops they went on to say that I had used them on too high a heat... This is meant ot be professional cookware. Very dissappointing. Zero goodwill from this brand.

Just got my Black Friday purchase today. The delivery company they have used, which is DPD is truly bad. Tossed my boxes at the apartment building's entrance left a big bang as I was rushing down, resulting in my newly purchased bowls in pieces.

Only giving one star because there is no option to leave a minus score. Purchased a set of nonstick pans as a gift for my daughter who had read the rave reviews about them. Absolute rubbish. Within weeks the non stick coating had holes and chips appearing in it and knowing how dangerous to your health non stick surfaces can be once they start to break down she stopped using them. Very expensive and poor quality to boot. Don't be lulled into buying these based on good reviews. A cheap Tesco stainless steel pan is better quality and value for money.

I bought a 5 peice set of procook ceramic pans. I got them home and open the packaging to find that several of them had chips on the rims. I contacted the store who replaced the chipped ones sending me replacements. A week later and the others were also chipped. I contacted the store (which was not very local to me) who said they would replace again, but nothing arrived. I contacted again and they had accidentally deleted my email with my details on. In the meantime more of the other pans had also developed chips on the rims. By this point I was really cheezed off with the pans which were clearly very poor quality and were all chipped around the rims yet were only a few weeks old. I contacted the store for a refund which they did but I had to drive a 90 minute round trip as the store wasnt very local to me. I am happy that i had no problems in returning the pan set (as I had read many other reviews which had problems with the warranty and customer services refusing to help and blaming the customer). However I wont buy procook pans again as considering the price they are clearly not robust at all. I would recomment reading reviews on other pans and getting better quality. As for the procook reviews on the pans I bought - I was swayed by hundreds of great reviews. However I wasnt able to leave a review on the procook website so it seems you have to be invited to leave a review. So it seems the reviews on the Procook website are managed. I hope people read this review before purchasing. Procook need to improve the quality of their pans because such poor quality for premium prices feels like a scam.

We've owned a set of ProCook oven trays, pots and pans for several years now. We bought them online after reading numerous positive reviews (on a different site). I quickly became sceptical after using the items for a few months. The coating was very fragile, and the oven trays started to chip, warp and rust after a few uses. After a few years of use the frying pan has warped and lost whatever non-stick properties it once had. The pots are marginally better, but the handles get hot rapidly and are not safe to hold without mittens. The oven tray has lost most of its paint and is unsafe for baking food. A near complete waste of money.
