“I bought a Procook Granite small saucepan in a sale. Excellent value for money (paid £20 only). Non-stick ability unbelievable. I cooked porridge today the residue just came off with swishing water around the pan, not even a soft cloth needed! Very good heat distribution so no burning. Very impressed. Would buy more of these products. If I ever buy an induction hob, these will be perfect.”

“Fabulous staff very knowledgeable returns policy is fantastic any issue straight on it people abuse kitchen ware and are very eager to complain your told not to use certain things on non stick ie metal and certain oils but people ignore it and blame the pans a good pan does not make you a good cook nothing looks new forever and people moan when a tiny scratch appears because they’ve stored them wrong or put them in a dishwasher for 2 hrs cos too lazy to run under a tap my pans are fabulous have been for a number of years and the x50 knives are brilliant”

“Contacted Procook regarding a frying pan with lid that I ordered in June 2020. The Teflon coating had come off one of the ‘bolts’ that attach the handle to the pan, sent a photo as backup. This morning received a replacement frying and lid less than 24 hours after my initial email. Always pleased with the service and delivery times from Procook but thoroughly impressed with the speed of my enquiry. I would always recommend Procook to anyone that needs to update their kitchen wears.”

“Have bought casserole dish, large stock pot and bone China plates. Delivery on all items was quick and packaging was very good. Items were value and even had discount from plates. Site was easy to use as was ordering. Will order again.”

“We have a Procook Gourmet milk saucepan. It continues to be an excellent pan. We’ve taken great care to protect the non stick surface, which remains mainly in great condition. The only problem is the non stick coating has been coming off around the handle rivets. This is our only disappointment.”

“Pans look great but durability is poor. I have had salter and Tefal pans forever and they are very durable. When I bought procook pans at a premium price, they were handled in the same way as always and chips very easily. If you don't mind having pans with lots of marks or being extra careful with your pans then procook are ok. However with my busy lifestyle I don't have time to softly place every pan down so not for me.”

“Just got my Black Friday purchase today. The delivery company they have used, which is DPD is truly bad. Tossed my boxes at the apartment building's entrance left a big bang as I was rushing down, resulting in my newly purchased bowls in pieces.”

“The most sticky non-stick pans I’ve ever used. And as for the heat-proof handles - still wearing oven gloves day in day out. Complete waste of money. Incidentally, the wafer thin coating comes off the edges in no time.”
