Can’t get on the website trying to contact them regarding returns but all one gets is fetching data and this is after I inputted all the correct information for the returns can’t help but think it is a dodgy company. Not had any success to return the item and I do not think I will get any success to return this item.

Diabolical service -DO NOT USE - its impossible to return items and impossible to reach customer services - you'll just be left out of pocket !!!

Virtually impossible to return an item their on line returns portal doesn't work and then impossible to get hold of someone from customer services. Will never use again. Mega disappointed 😞

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THIS SHITSHOW OF AN ONLINE RETAILER. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.

Over several weeks my attempts to contact customer service by several methods have failed. Contact with bots times out before any answer. Shivs response on Trustpilot is mendacious.Ignores proof that return was delivered by Evri.Now removing review from Trustpilot. Whilst still awaiting refund of £179 pounds I have been forced to authorise my bank to escalate to dispute resolution. Strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.This site is a disgrace to British online sales

very good experience, the parcel arrived in 2 days, all the complete information about the parcel came to the e-mail, I will buy it again, because the prices are good.

I have written to them three times regarding their guest portal not working and they just send me back the same thing over and over. ie. The same guest portal link(that doesn't work, just blank!) I have requested the complaints procedure twice. Not sent. I will never buy from them again. Originally I tried to contact them using their live chat, I waited half an hour! No answer. Ridiculous customer service

DO NOT order from Secret Sales ! You cannot return items and if you try to contact Customer Service they give you a ticket number in an email and respond within 5 days if you are lucky with a page of frequent Q&A and still unable to return items as once you follow their instructions to return items the page is non existent!!! What an absolute joke this company is, never again will I order anything from Secret Sales!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED also £3.50 to return items

Secret sales attempted to remove my review on trustpilot! Secret sales tried to remove a review and hiding the truth! “ MISSING ITEMS! Be prepared that you will have missing items! They send you a couple and don’t send you the rest of your items! You items show up missing and to reach out to secret sales is nearly impossible as their response time takes a very long time! So watch out for that when you order it’s been over a week and update now almost 4 weeks and they have not turned up! Because I’m missing items and I have reached out for help and they are dodging responsibility when I have provided evidence from the couriers who have proven my case. I have now escalated this dispute with my payment providers (Clearpay) and my bank.”

Dreadful shoddy goods tops are like oversize tents nothing like pictures. Not fit for purpose Don’t waste your money and stress yourself out trying to return goods

Ordered a jacket on 18 May. Delivery promised in 3-5 days. Money deducted 150 pounds day after order. No confirmation email or order number. No responses to queries. No goods. Who can I complain to. Is there an ombudsman for mail order sales ?

Ordered a Versace trainers and Enzo pair of jeans for husband bday. Arrived within estimated delivery date but opened the package and very disappointed to find they're fake, besides they are bad quality fake.Very misleading and won't be buying there again

Really bad customer service, if you don't have an account with them you are referred to the guest portal and then the portal doesn't recognise your order number and postcode with the message saying all that + email address, which isn't even entered. You can't call them and then you have to use the chat function, which I never seem to get a response too, been waiting over 40 mins now. Very frustrating, I definitely won't be ordering off them again, all I want to do is return an item, it shouldn't be this hard!

I placed an order with them on 1st May'23 On 2nd May they deducted the amount from my Visa account. Yet when I went onto my account on their website. It says I have not placed any orders. I got no e-mail from them confirming my order with an order number Has anyone else encountered this problem & are they a scam? Trying to contact them is virtually impossible.So it appears I have paid them and get nothing in return. Disgusting Company/ Buyer beware

Returning items is a pain. The live chat is not live and it takes around 40 mins for anyone to respond to you. Arranging a return on their website is a nuisance, Ive spoken and emailed so many times about the technical issues that customers face. The screen just goes blank on selecting an item to return and it doesnt work. The only woek around the Secret Sales person said was to send it back to them and then they would refund anything over the cost of £3.50. Bloody awful company

Do not buy from Secret Sales. All items are despatched from different retailers and if you return you have to return each item to each retailer at your cost. And the process is very unclear and difficult, with multiple order numbers and no paperwork informing you of the different order numbers. Absolute nightmare!
