“I would give zero stars but that is not possible. Ordered a pair of UGG boots costing £50.10 with P&P 18/12/22 and I've never received them! Been chasing them ever since but their customer service is shocking! I've tried the chat and been cut off several times then had an email to say Customer Services would be in touch....still waiting and I've chased them up numerous times by both chat and email. Awful service and will never order from them again. Cannot understand why Trustpilot shows them as 4* and will be challenging this!”

“Ordered versace jumper was reduced to £57 but should of payed £5.70. The quality was terrible the label in the back was clearly stiched completely wrong wasn't even straight. Two holes under the arm pit were the stitching hadn't been finished. The authentic labels were clearly fake. Messaged secret sales with pictures but no response. Shocking”
“Secret Sales is a trading name of LRG online Ltd from whom I purchased a pair of Jack and Jones chinos – they turned out to be utter rubbish quality but the real issue was the fact that they were described as 32” waist but in fact measured 34”. To be fair this was not the fault of Secret Sales but their handling of the problem was nothing short of a disgrace. I had to jump through hoops to extract a prepaid return label from them and two weeks after they received the item back from me I still had no refund, and emailing them proved to be a complete waste of time.
Fortunately I had paid using PayPal through which I was able to raise a dispute and after six weeks of failed requests to Secret Sales PayPal gave me a refund. Despite their many faults PayPal came through for me on this occasion so thanks to them. As for Secret Sale, I’d like to think this was due to inefficient customer care but I believe it to be deliberate because the company is dishonest and untrustworthy.”

Fake Enzo jeans. Came in a clear bag with 30L written in it. Direct from Enzo they have special packaging etc. I have real ones of the same product code just a different colour and the ones from secret sales are fake. They obviously don't check their sellers and let this happen all the time as it's sold by a 3rd part seller too, which all their items are which is not specificied on the site or its not noticeable anyway
Will neve buy again from here and I advise anyone who reads this to jump ship and realize the prices are too good to be true”

They have no costumer service support to call over the phone. The chat is useless. I don't know what other thing to do! I am really so disappointed and wont order again from them at all. “Order hair products, thought the price was to good to be true and guess what it was they have never arrived. You can have no communication with this company as they don’t answer emails or live chat.
Tracking number given a waste of time as doesn’t work. Lesson learnt if it seems to good it is. Paid £36.90 and looks like no chance of getting a refund or the items
